DMHAS State Opioid Response Funding

EFFECTIVE DATE:April 25, 2023
The DMHAS State Opioid Response (SOR) grant contains funding for targeted temporary sober housing
vouchers for individuals with opioid use disorder who have no other means of accessing sober recovery
housing.

PLEASE NOTE: Individuals MUST ave a primary diagnosis of Opioid Use Disorder, be
currently receiving behavioral health treatment servicesand have no means for paying for recovery
housing to be considered for authorization.
