ABH has maintained and expanded its own software development and programming operation since 1996, building and refining customized software applications that harness the power of information technology to support clinical/administrative operations and to provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely data and reports.
Both program funders and service providers need data and reports that are accurate, comprehensive, and timely. Utilizing Visual Basic, ASP, SAS, SPSS, Cognos, Access, and other programs, ABH has created and maintains customized software applications — both for our own use and for use by clients and providers — to support clinical and administrative operations and to drive information services.
Examples include:
- On a federally funded demonstration grant, ABH created a comprehensive management information system that connects multiple stakeholders in the community via secure internet technology. This system provides a comprehensive and robust data and communication platform for program operations, reporting, and provider payment.
- In support of several federally sponsored research initiatives, ABH has developed programs for world class research including data collection and analysis, quality assurance, and program operation using both local desktop and internet-based technology solutions.
