Data Management
ABH provides centralized database management and reporting services to produce both standard and highly customized measures of service utilization, quality management, and other contract-specific performance indicators, as well as to generate outcomes reports that meet clinical, quality, and fiscal contract goals.
ABH provides information solutions for care management, case management, claims, quality management, research protocols, data warehousing, intake and referral, and other centralized contract management functions. Examples of database systems ABH currently manages for state and research agencies include:
- A comprehensive behavioral health information system that reports on service delivery and utilization for over 14,000 referrals annually.
- A comprehensive utilization management and quality management behavioral health information system that manages data related to approximately 48,000 admissions annually.
- A comprehensive data warehouse for 22 state-funded levels of care provided to children and adolescents. 155 service providers submit monthly data to the warehouse where ABH generates extracts of the data for further analysis and reporting to the funding agency.
