ABH® provides centralized database management and reporting services to produce both standard and highly customized measures of service utilization, quality management, and other contract-specific performance indicators, as well as to generate outcomes reports that meet clinical, quality, and fiscal contract goals.
ABH® provides information solutions for care management, case management, claims, quality management, research protocols, data warehousing, intake and referral, and other centralized contract management functions. Examples of database systems ABH® currently manages for state and research agencies include:
- A comprehensive behavioral health information system that reports on service delivery and utilization for over 14,000 referrals annually.
- A comprehensive utilization management and quality management behavioral health information system that manages data related to approximately 48,000 admissions annually.
- A comprehensive data warehouse for 22 state-funded levels of care provided to children and adolescents. 155 service providers submit monthly data to the warehouse where ABH® generates extracts of the data for further analysis and reporting to the funding agency.
