Through Consulting in the areas of Quality Management, Information Technology/Data Management, and Program Design and Implementation, ABH provides expert advisory services with a solution-based focus.
Quality Management
ABH approaches quality management initiatives utilizing the most current industry standards. ABH utilizes a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) approach for all its contracts. This proactive approach to QI allows ABH to identify opportunities for enhancement and then develop unique recommendations that have resulted in significant improvements in statewide systems of care.
The priority of quality management at ABH is to consistently and systematically look for new ways to improve the services we provide, create efficiencies for the providers and enhance the overall system of care. Utilizing sophisticated information technology and data management systems provides the opportunity to base our recommendations on objective measures, which increases the likelihood of successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
IT/Data Management
As a leader in the Northeast public sector behavioral health data management field, ABH is in a unique position to provide an array of sophisticated and state-of-the art information technology products. We have extensive experience developing and managing statewide data management systems and bring that experience to the clients we serve.
Program Design
Successful program design and implementation begins with the ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder. ABH brings extensive clinical, programmatic, and administrative expertise to each program. Developing a successful program begins with an assessment of the data points necessary to evaluate services and outcomes of the program. A project plan is then developed to accomplish all necessary tasks to meet implementation timelines. Goals and objectives of the program are monitored at regular intervals to identify program improvement opportunities.
