ProvidersABH has a long history of collaboration and coordination with the treatment-provider community doctors, nurses, social workers, substance abuse counselors, hospitals, clinics, community health care agencies, and other institutions. We believe in a community approach to providing behavioral health care and, together with the provider community, we look for ways to improve clinical treatment and systems of care.
For example, ABH has developed data-collection and claims-payment systems incorporating feedback from the provider community. The goal is to reduce administrative burdens so that providers can devote their energies to the needs of their consumers. Training and education activities are offered regularly to assist providers with problems with service provision, claims payment submission, processing of authorization requests, etc.
