| The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) are hosting two one-day workshops in May 2010 for ATR providers to help improve their case management skills. The workshop will address a full range of issues that impact providers’ ability to manage clients’ strengths and needs. The training will utilize SAMHSA's TIP 27 on case management. The trainer, Donna Johnson, who is nationally recognized, has designed an interactive session for those new to case management and for those who need a refresher. The workshop will be held at Advanced Behavioral Health at 213 Court St., Middletown, CT 06457 in the Wilcox room on the 2nd floor.
