Comprehensive Evaluation, Diagnosis, Assessment, Referral & Reevaluation (CEDARR)
ABH® works with the State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services and CEDARR Family Center providers to provide a comprehensive data collection and quality management system. Three CEDARR Family Centers in Rhode Island coordinate services and supports to Medicaid children with physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral health disorders, or developmental disabilities, and enter data into the ABH application.
ABH tracks demographic and clinical information on families served, comprehensive assessments and family care plans, service utilization and outcomes, billable and non-billable activities, and more. In addition to data management, ABH customizes a variety of reports for the CEDARR initiative and ensures accurate monitoring of service utilization.
