The Hartford Youth Project is a nationally known and federally-funded system of care providing evidence-based treatment to adolescents and families struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The target population is youth with substance abuse problems between the ages of 10 – 17 who live in Hartford and surrounding towns. The Hartford Youth Project offers culturally competent assessment and treatment, utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as MDFT/Multidimensional Family Therapy, MST/Multi-Systemic Therapy, CBT/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. ABH® provides program management, information technology design and development, coordination of services for youth and families, and fiduciary services.
