ABH® is the administrative services organization (ASO) for all aspects of Connecticut’s General Assistance Behavioral Health Program, including utilization management, quality management, credentialing, and claims payment.  The GABHP, funded by the Department of Mental Health and Addictions Services (DMHAS), provides behavioral health services to General Assistance recipients statewide.  Services to eligible individuals include inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment.
