ABH® provides statewide fiduciary services for this program, including invoice processing and payment. Funded by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Flexible Funding supports “wrap-around” services identified in the individualized care plans of eligible, non-DCF children and adolescents with significant behavioral health needs.  Therapeutic support, clinical services, mentoring, clothing, tutoring, sports activities, and summer camp tuition are some of the services covered, which help children remain with their families and communities and achieve the highest level of functioning possible.
