The Eastern Region Service Center provides case management services, outreach and engagement services, educational and motivational groups, and transportation services to help individuals with substance abuse disorders in Connecticut’s eastern region.  ERSC was formed as a collaborative effort among three mental health and addictions services providers, with ABH® selected as the administrative services organization.  ERSC’s goals include improving individual treatment outcomes, decreasing the use of acute treatment services, assisting individuals with accessing other entitlement programs, and assisting individuals with returning to gainful employment.
