ABH® works with the State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services and CEDARR Family Center providers to provide a comprehensive data collection and quality management system. Three CEDARR Family Centers in Rhode Island coordinate services and supports to Medicaid children with physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral health disorders, or developmental disabilities, and enter data into the ABH® application.  ABH® tracks demographic and clinical information on families served, comprehensive assessments and family care plans, service utilization and outcomes, billable and nonbillable activities, and more.  In addition to data management, ABH® customizes a variety of reports for the CEDARR initiative and ensures accurate monitoring of service utilization.
