ABH® is contracted with the Department of Mental Health and Addictions Services (DMHAS) to perform administrative functions for the Access to Recovery Program.  ATR offers self-directed treatment options, both traditional and non-traditional, for eligible adults with a substance use disorder.  Outpatient treatment, housing, and recovery supports including faith-based and peer-based services, case management, and vocational and educational services are options established by the five Regional Networks through a virtual voucher system.  ATR increases substance abuse treatment capacity and ensures informed choice by eligible participants.
